Im loving this game

Love the game but it wont let me play any more, I dont want to reload the game because it will put me back to level 1, any help here? I did the update and now nothing works. Very disappointed Im in a race with the hubby and hes not far behind now that I cant level up. This is a second review. I cant get the game to even load now. I get the beginning screen see the clouds then nothing. My iPad has been cleaned reduced of storage use by eliminating excessive stuff I dont use. And still no game play. Very disappointed in the controllers of the game. Please fix the problem!
